Welcome to my site. I am Lesley Hamilton, the founder of Code Green Travelers. I have worked for decades as a recruitment leader. I place travel Nurses and Healthcare Professionals in hospitals and facilities across the country. I named my site Code Green Travelers because Code Green is used for when additional help is needed. That is my job! I find the best help when it is needed most. I help nurses find opportunities to do what they love and get paid well to do it.

A recent study, Voice of the Travel Nurse reveals that 85% of travel nurses intend to continue in their careers. In measuring their satisfaction levels, most are as satisfied today as they were pre-pandemic; 30% say they’re more satisfied today.
